It’s true to say that without your business, we wouldn’t have our business so we’re always mindful of customer service. As providers of electric services throughout Sussex we’re in a competitive sector.  So, our reputation  in the local area is important to us.

Beyond doubt, here at PES we’ve built a great team and implemented some excellent systems. In a nutshell, we have developed a strategy that delivers exactly what our customers need.

Here’s how we work:

Let’s Get Started

First and foremost, if you need outstanding electric services, PES is your go-to electrician in the local area. 

Initially, a human being with a friendly voice will answer the phone.   Probably, this will be Debby, our Office Manager supremo, who can talk you through everything.   

(Incidentally, we have an out-of- hours voicemail, as well as an Emergency line with a 2-hour response time)

And then:

  • If you are a domestic customer asking for something relatively straightforward, we can offer you an immediate quote and book the works in for you.
  • Equally, for commercial clients the same may apply, for example with an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
  • However, if you are looking for an office re-wiring, electrics for a new build, or for anything requiring more consideration, you’ll most likely speak to our Managing Director and we will book in a site visit.
  • Are you a property developer, a builder or do you work within a block management business?  Talk to PES.  We offer excellent working partnerships with businesses and sole traders such as yourself.  Essentially, you may need something more complex.  Have a chat with us and we’ll be happy to help.

Generally speaking, a site visit will take up to an hour and will include:

  • Confirmation of your needs and objectives
  • A scope of the electric services and the works
  • Timeframes and budgets

Importantly, if you’re a commercial client, we’re keen to learn about the growth plans that you may have for your business. 

Why? Because we offer electric services that are in effect “modular”, that is, they can be expanded without a re-start of the entire process. You won’t need to spend more than you need to. Furthermore, Power Electric Services will always identify whatever means we can to help our clients save money on these essential services.  If we can make money-saving suggestions, we will. 

We’ll send you a fully itemised quote.  And, it will arrive quickly.  No hanging around waiting for an email to arrive.  As a matter of fact, it’s true to say that everything we do is timely – and fully professional.

As you would expect, your estimate from PES will contain everything you need to know:

  • Your objectives
  • Deliverables
  • Resources
  • Comprehensive costings

In our opinion, our prompt, courteous service will impress you immediately. 

We’ll have scoped all the works fully in advance.  We’ll already know what we need to do, how to do it and who’s doing it.  Alternatively, if we work in partnership with you, we’re happy to follow your lead or to be a key part of the project management team.

Of course, with regular progress meetings for larger projects, we’ll keep you fully up to speed with progress.

And afterwards? With everything spick and span, we’ll leave your home and office as clean as when we arrived.  Obviously, all you need do is switch on the lights!
